Please DO NOT USE DTV for your service
Their Customer Service is terrible "If we can call that Customer Service"and the way they
Talk to the customer is even worse.
I asked for a supervisor and the lady told me “We don’t have a supervisor, what do you want me to do?”
I called several times about my bill and got a different answers every time.
They even told me that I have to learn how to read.
We have to do something about it, we can not to let the get away with this.
